General Information and Definitions

2.2 Registration Rules
- Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be cancelled.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date.
- It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
- Allowing a third party to use or transferring the account is strictly prohibited.

2.3 KYC Verification
betjie reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until this process is completed. A national ID card, passport, or driving licence may be used for verification.

3.1 Account Security

betjie reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
- Attempting to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system.
Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such deposit will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- The full balance may not be available for withdrawal until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
- betjie reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.
Bonuses and Promotions
betjie offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses have specific terms that must be followed.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or a deposit of ৳12,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x) — you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount.
- No withdrawal can be made until the wagering requirement has been met.
- The validity period and terms of use for each bonus will be stated separately in each offer.
5.3 General Bonus Policy
- Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
- If a user attempts to abuse or manipulate bonuses, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
- betjie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.

Gaming Policy
